Professor Uri Oron joined Tel Aviv University, Israel in 1979. He completed his Ph.D. in 1977 from Tel-Aviv University and Post-doc during 1977-1979 at Harvard University, USA.

Uri Oron’s main field of interest lies in regenerative medicine. His current project involves the beneficial effects of recruiting low-level laser stimulated stem cells (derived from autologous bone marrow) to enhance recovery of the ischemic heart and ischemic kidney in mammals.

Yibing Li the Founder and President of Midwest Joint Pain Institute and Centre for Pain Management & Rehab, is an interventional Physiatrist. She is American board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain medicine and small fiber nerve conduction studies. She graduated from Shenyang Medical College in China and completed residency at BJH/Washington University School of Medicine at St. Louis.

She has over 12 years of clinical experience in spine and joint pain management. She has special interest and extensive training in regenerative medicine and is one of frontiers in performing prolotherapy, PRP, amniotic allograft tissue and bone marrow stem cell therapies in the United States.

Dr. Alexander Birbrair started his scientific career from B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Universidade Estadual de Santa Cruz, Brazil. He completed his Ph.D. in Neurosciences Program, particularly in the field of Stem Cell Biology, from Wake Forest School of Medicine, USA. Dr. Birbrair received his Post-Doctoral Degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, USA in Stem Cell Biology and joined as a Professor at Department of Pathology, Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil in 2016. He is a recipient of several notable awards and honors, which includes, Gordon A. Melson Outstanding Doctoral Student Award for 2015.

Dr. Alexander Birbrair's research interest includes Stem Cell Therapeutics.

Dr. Pedro G Morouco is a PhD specialized in Biomechanics and the Head of R&D Biofabrication Group at the Centre for Rapid and Sustainable Product Development – Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, Portugal. He has Co-edited 2 books, authored and co-authored more than 100 papers published in books (n=15), international journals (n=40) and international conferences (n=55). He is the Member of the Editorial Board in several international peer-review journals and was distinguished with the New Investigator Award 2014 from ISBS. He coordinates granted national and international research projects and is the Chairman of the CDRsp Advanced Courses on Regenerative Medicine and Workshops on Direct Digital Manufacturing for Medicine.

His research activity focuses mostly on products and processes engineering, bringing the gap between the lab and in vivo applications. His research interests are Biomechanics, stem cell and regenerative medicine.

Dr. Arnon Blum is Director in the Department of Medicine in Baruch-Padeh Poria Hospital and also Head of the Department of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Bar-Ilan University, Israel. He has been twice in the NIH studying the endothelial function and stem cells (1997-1999 and 2006-2008) and later on he served for 2 years as a visiting professor in the stem cells institute in the University of Miami, FL, USA.

His research interests are endothelial progenitor stem cell research, endothelial function and vascular biology, heart failure and preventive cardiology & stem cell transplantation for cardiovascular disease.
